Burger King Complaint - Total Lack of Concern
LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY -- I made the gross mistake of visiting a Burger King that is close to my office a few days ago. My co-workers stated the food was awful and only exceeded by the rude and un-professional staff at the location.
I arrived at 1:35 PM and found the restaurant empty which should have been a warning sign. I entered and was rudely greeted by a female employee who begrudgingly took my order while arguing with a guy who stood in line at the cash register. (later learned to be her live in boyfriend.)
As I stood waiting on my order the guy arguing with the employee became increasingly hostile and began threatening me.
I waited about 15 minutes and never received any food for my order and felt that the domestic situation on-going and escalating in the restaurant was getting more and more dangerous and decided to leave.
I never saw and adult in the store who would have been a member of management, the store location was dirty and disgusting. I was never able to get a refund for my order that I placed nor get my order filled.
Burger King obviously does nor care about their customers experience as their 1-800 customer service number was never answered the numerous times called and waited in a call que. They have no online customer support service and I have never been able to reach a manager at the restaurant.
BEWARE of this location, it is not only dangerous but exemplifies Burger King's total lack or regard to meeting their customers service needs.
