Ashley Furniture Compliment - Very Pleased with my Ashley Furniture
I purchased a Leather Sofa and Loveseat 16 months ago from a Ashley Homestore in Duluth, GA, spent roughly $3000. I noticed about 13 months after owning the furniture that the leather cushions were cracking, and some of the finish was fading, not normal leather wear per se. I called the Ashley Customer Care 800# since it was out of warranty to inquire if there was a defect of some kind with the leather, maybe a bad batch etc. Well the customer care representative was SUPER nice, and sent me all new cushion covers without any argument. It's sometimes discouraging reading all bad reviews about a company, and people rarely report great reviews on a company that stands behind their product, so I wanted to share my 2 cents.
