Complaint - Dead on Arrival - Refurbished Computer

Bought a computer from It came DOA--wouldn't start at all. Troubleshooting results suggested a bad motherboard. Wrote customer service to inquire about a return or exchange; they say they respond within 24 hrs. After three emails over 5 days with no response, I called customer service. Waited 40 minutes, to music that sounded like a radio station coming in and out of range and a man's voice that said things like, "Thank you for waiting," "All our representatives are busy," "Please hold," and the like every 15-20 seconds. Finally got a very nice representative and arranged a return--didn't feel like exchanging after all of this. Unfortunately he never asked what the problem was. I hope they run them through QA before putting them back on the shelf, although my experience is reason to wonder.

I understood everything in this complaint until the end: "didn't feel like exchanging after all of this."
