American Laser Centers Complaint - Dont Go to American Laser

BRAINTREE, MASSACHUSETTS -- ****PLEASE RECONSIDER GOING TO AMERICAN LASER CENTERS******
I live in MA and went to the Braintree branch for laser hair removal. They are a total fraud. I am so angry that they cheated me out of so much money. I signed for a package which was far too expensive (now that I have been to another laser center I can compare.)
ALSO THEY DO NOT HAVE APPOINTMENTS. They book out months in advance. Once they called me to cancel b/c one of their technicians was sick. They couldn't re-book me for MONTHS after. As a result they promised me some free microderm abrasion treatments to compensate... which they did not honor. Also as a result I lost a treatment I had payed for (in my 2 yr guarantee)
They only have a 2 yr guarantee, which isn't fair as they cannot schedule appointments. Also they claim they have to schedule appointments only once every 3 months, which isn't true of other laser centers. As a result you don't get enough treatments. (I think they do this so you get another package)
They MAKE you buy a post-treatment lotion (they won't proceed unless you buy it) which is nothing but aloe and which is WAY too expensive. Other laser centers do not do this.
Worst of all their lasers are painful and ineffective.
I skeptically went to Sleep Medspa in Braintree to try them out. What a difference! I recommend them as an alternative. Their prices are reasonable, I got a lifetime guarantee, their lasers are effective on me so far, I'm very happy with the results. Their customer service FAR exceeds American Laser's. The only problem is they also have stupid booking issues, and also rarely have open appointments!!!
Over all in MA you don't have many good choices... but American Laser Centers is the WORST.
