FOX RIVER GROVE, ILLINOIS -- Stay away from American Laser Center. They had an office in Rockford and suddenly closed without warning and never called to let me know that they had closed the Rockford, IL office. After calling an 888 number, I was told that my records were transferred to the Barrington Office. Guess what...Showed up one Saturday for my appointment and the Barrington office was closed as well. This was weekend of October 9th. Still waiting for them to call me to let me know where my records have been transferred but no word. My next step is to contact legal council and the Illinois Attorney generals office as well as the Better Business Bureau, the latter having numerious complaints. I wish I had done my research before ever receiving any of their treatments, which never worked to begin with. I would have continued to go to my appointments if their office(s) had remained open just to see if I could have received any results with the laser hair removal. The staff in this office was nice, however, I am convinced now that it is all a scam AFTER BEING SUBJECTED TO 2 OFFICE CLOSINGS IN LESS THAN A YEAR!!!. STAY AWAY FROM AMERICAN LASER CENTERS AND SAVE YOUR MONEY. I WISH I HAD.
