T-Mobile Complaint - Continue To Harass You For Payment After Bankruptcy Is Filed
I had to file bankruptcy. They named T-Mobile as one of the creditors. After they're notified, the creditor is not allowed to call or demand payment. HA! T-Mobile has continued to call me and send me bills 3 months after all the other creditors have stopped. My lawyer sent a letter. They said they never received it. When they called me again I asked for the Bankruptcy department. They gave me a PO box number in Bellevue WA. My lawyer sent another letter warning them to stop or they will be in trouble with the court.. Thirty days later, still calling and harassing me. They just say oh we apologize for that but we have NO record of your bankruptcy. I said what?! Do you have a street address so I can have them sign for another notification? "No we don't have that information." Uh..what? Well how about a phone number so my lawyer can call them. "I'm sorry, we don't have that information". So I told them that they will be hearing from my lawyer. I told him and he found their Corporate address on line.. just search it and also a phone number. He FAX'D a letter today. I totally agree with everyone. The Worst customer service I've ever seen. No consideration for struggling people losing their house and filing bankruptcy.
