onstar Complaint - dissatisfaction
NEW YORK -- I have paid for OnStar services since I bought my 2002 Trailblazer. Recently I was involved in a 2 vehicle accident in Phila, Pa. When I attempted to reach OnStar all I got was a beep. Never forwarded to a person. I tried 3 times. I finally used my cell phone to call police. I think OnStar is a sham and General Motors should be mind aware of it. I will not be renewing my $199.00 yearly subscription. When I needed it, it wasn't there. I contacted OnStar and got a form-letter reply.
