Complaint - Please Don't Shop At

CARY, NORTH CAROLINA -- For anyone out there looking to purchase furniture on-line, PLEASE DON'T EVEN CONSIDER GRANDFURNITURE. COM. I purchase a Vaughn basset bed from, on 9/20/2010, and as of today 12/15/2010, I still don't have my bed. I was told, when I purchased the bed, that it would take 2-4 wks, for delivery. It has now been 12 wks, and no bed. I've sent at least 20 emails, without reply and left at least 20 voice messages, without reply. I live less than an hour, from the pick-up warehouse. I'm an educated registered nurse, and never thought this could happen to me. is the worst company I have EVER done business with. My son has been sleeping on the floor for 3 months, and I'm still waiting on his bed!! Grandfurnituregallery has an F rating with the BBB. This company makes North Carolina look really bad and I hope someone can SHUT THEM DOWN!!!!
