Kaspersky.Com Complaint - Customer Service " Russian Style"

As their founder Eugene Kaspersky put's it "The internet is full of cyberjunk that brings stress, worry and incovenience. But while he may eliminate that if you are succesful installing his product on your computer he dishes it back with his level of customer service. After waiting on hold for 25 minutes with it's Canadian office to rectify a technical issue I hung up and called back. The operator answered and I explained how long I was waiting and asked if I could leave a message for someone to call me back. "No she snapped you cannot, you must wait on line!" Seems she must get this question asked frequently or maybe she was trained at their world headquarters in Moscow.

Kaspersky makes some great products. As far as customer service, yay it is pretty rough these days at a lot of companies. I haven't needed service recently, but at times I have waited for a help for 45 minutes. Having a speakerphone and using an 800# on a land line helps. The more desperate I am for help, the longer I am willing to wait (:
