Target Complaint - Target Manager Shouting On The Phone
WESTMINSTER, CALIFORNIA -- I bought 3 boxes candy and cookies and waited for 15 minutes. THE TARGET AT WESTMINSTER MALL had 1st floor and 2nd floor. 1st floor were only 2 register open and then some customer complained and open up 3rd register. 2nd floors there were 2 register open. Thursday at 5 P.M. It was jamping with over hundred customers in store, lines waiting to be check out 12-17 customers in each lines and only 2 register open.
After I paid from 3 items that I waited for 15 minutes and I went to my car. I called to store at WESTMINSTER TARGET and speak to MANAGER ON THE PHONE.
SHE SAID "THE FLOOR ASSOCIATES CAN NOT TRAIN TO BE CASHIER"
"THAT ALL CASHIER WE HAVE RIGHT NOW"
"THAT THE WAY THE LIFE IS"
either you're buying the items, paid or stop complained and get out of my store.
