JourneyEd.com Complaint - JounreyEd.com customer service stinks

I purchased Microsoft Office 2007 that came with a free upgrade to the 2010 version. When I called to see about getting my upgrade the told me that the upgrade offer had expired aeven though I was never notified that the upgrade was available or that the office had an expiration date. I have called customer service several times. On one occasion I was on hold for 1 hour and 40 minutes before I had to hang up for an appointment. I have been able to reach them on 3 separate occasions. Each time I have asked the customer service representative (who never does anything helpful) to transfer me to a supervisor. Each time I get the standard recording that they are very busy but someone will call you back within 24 hours. They NEVER call back, NEVER. If you want to do business with a company that actually cares, don't do business with JourneyEd.com.
