ECampus.com Complaint - Not entirely truthful or helpful
I ordered two textbooks from ecampus.com for a semester and paid an additional "next day" $30 express mail shipment fee expecting to receive both books the next day. ONE book arrived the following day and the other *two* days later. I called to complain and spoke with two insolent representatives who did nothing but argue from their approved script. Both representatives said the fee is applicable "to be shipped the next day FROM THE SUPPLIER, *not* ecampus." Of course, this wording is nowhere to be found on the order, receipt or confirmation email. I followed up my complaint with an email to ecampus.com and of course, NO RESPONSE. I returned both books [in perfect condition] using their automated return system and EXPECT them to charge some type of obscure fee.
