VitaGlo Complaint - Selling Expired Food Products - Protein cookie
Protein cookie - Complaint
SYRACUSE, NEW YORK -- This company is run at ww.vitaglo.com. The actual name of the company is DISCOUNT NATURAL FOODS and it is located in Syracuse, NY. THey are selling expired food products and/or vitamins, and then will not offer a replacement. I went through a situation in which they sold me a box of expired protein cookies. I sent a complaint e-mail to them and they sent one-line e-mails back to me. They kept asking new questions to me, and gave me the impression they would replace the product or refunt my money. They eventually told me that they would only send me a new product if I paid my own postage to send the expired product back to them. They apparently thought I would just "go away" if they asked enough stupid question, but I did not go away. They refused to send me a replacement product for an expired food item they sent to me. In my opinion, this is unsafe and inexcuseable. Do not buy products from this company, or risk getting expired products that they will not replace!

The company now wants me to drive to their store to return the expired product they sent me or pay the shipping up front! Unreal!

why after so many years is this guy not in prison?
I think it is because people don't know what to do. What you do people is you contact your state attorney general office and let them interact with the New York Police/attorney general.
My state attorney general has been very helpful and said that the new york attorney general has had no complaints on Vitaglo! that's hard to believe but people, lets put this idiot in prison. Everyone needs to contact their state attorney general office.
Also, contact the FBI's internet crime division (called IC3) and file a complaint there.
this guy is such a scumbag parasite. he would belong much better in a prison cell and also I hope someone will punch his face repeatedly. Freaking drug addict idiot.
