Dish Network Complaint - Bad business practice
I am a long time customer (5 yrs) and had small issues here and there...Thi is the final nail in the coffin.
Dish Network has very bad business practices. Once they make a change ort make a mistake no body is ready or able to fix it. I called in to get an issue with my bill fixed. Afterwards one of the international channels I watch disappeared. When I called back I was told that this channelhas to be bought as a bundle for 29.99 where as I was getting ti for 4.99. When I said that I should at least be notified of the change, the Supervisor said I am notifying you just now. I have his name and ID if anybody cares to know. All the agents from representative to supervisor to loalty department and their supervisor had the same answer. They just kept on shttling me around and wasted 2+ hours. All in all I lost the channel just because I called to get an issue fixed.
