Intuit Complaint - Lack of Respons - Turbo Tax
Turbo Tax - Complaint
FLORIDA -- I've used Turbo Tax for 3 years. E-filing is refundable with a rebate form. My federal tax was rejected the first time ($14.95 fee). After correcting it and refiling, I was charged another $14.95. I've contacted Intuit by email (never a phone number listed) on numerous occasions to get anothe rebate form but they have never responded. Software companies only want your $40, but don't contact them. I'm not thru with them yet and intend to bombard them endlessly on the internet until one of us yells 'uncle'.
p.s.For $1.95 a minute you can get tech support. That's not what I need
