WBshop.com Complaint - Service is the worst that I have experienced for any, I say any online ecommerce company

Review by Pat4Golf on 2010-12-17
I have run a variety of ecommerce companies and I am more than a frequent online buyer and this is by far the worst company that I have ever experienced. First, my order was placed on 11/13. After about 2 weeks, I had not receive any emails or my products (DVD and bly-ray movies)so I decided to check the status of my order online. After logging-in, I found that my order was still in process, and I noticed that the displayed order reflect that all my ordered items were in stock. I decided to give WB a couple of days to ship my order. To my surprise, my order reflect the same status a couple of days later. At this point, I decided to email WB to find out what was going on. I received a reply back that an item on my order was on back order, which was a surprise since WB's web site had displayed a message that all items were in stock. I exchanged several more emails with WB over the next week or so, with no luck on the shipment of my order. I won'g go into the content of the emails that followed, but suffice it to say that the responses from WB were very lame, which clearly indicated that WB does understand or know how to run an ecommerce business. I waited another week with no emails or change in the status of my order and then decided to give them a call. ON 12/14 I reached a customer service representative who informed me that I was lucky since my order was issued a Pik ticket, which I know means that my order was sent to the warehouse for fulfilment. I waited another two days of checking online for the order status. On each visit to WB's site, my order still reflected that my order was in process, which was surprising since I was told that my order was being fulfilled by the warehouse/distribution center. Confused with what was or might be going on with my order, on 12/17 I was again called WB. This time I was told that my order was packed and waiting for UPS to pick it up. Today at 4:30 I checked the status of my order and found, to my surprise, that it still reflected as in process. I will not waste your time explaining how the processing should have taken place, but suffice it to say that it didn't function as well as any online company that I have used in the past, and I purchase in excess of $10,000 per year from ecommerce web sites, with several thousands of dollars in movies (blu-ray and DVD's). I would recommend that no online users make purchases from WBshop.com.
