KATY, TEXAS -- This is the worst printer we ever purchased at Walmart. it sounds like a broken car motor. the cartridge moves to the left and stops there, making it impossible to insert the cartridge. the manual states it should stop in the middle, it does not. when the printer was first bought it sounded like a meet grinder. I'm really disappointed that this product even bears the KODAK BRAND. I have e-mailed Kodak tech. support with no response.
WHAT A TERRIBLE PRODUCT.
