Best Buy Complaint - Customer service none
SANTA ROSA, CALIFORNIA -- Purchased an LG refrigerator 7 months ago. l had a problem with cleaning properly. The shelf glass doesn't come out, and concerned about mold around my food, l went into the store, and was told the dept manager would call me and resolve my problem. l waited a month or so, then emailed the main dept. Finally l got a call from Tom? found out later he was in the consumer complaint dept (NOT the dept manager)...and all he did was say "Call LG" (the manufacturer) Just dumped the problem on ME. l told him HE should call them and perhaps get new shelves or something. He said he would, but l got an email saying he had "Reached OUT to me " and that was the end of their customer service. What a laugh. They don't back their products AT ALL. l won't shop there again either and recommend no one else does.
