Sears Complaint - Sears Service is a Disaster- Cancellations all the time and no repair
I started getting error codes on my washing machine six days ago. I called Sears support and they scheduled for the next day. I waited over four hours and no one showed. They then scheduled for the next day and gave me the "first" appointment. Again, waited four hours and then the guy showed and did not fix my problem. I tried to reschedule that night and they said I had to call the next day. I called today to schedule and they said the technician would call me. Four hours later and no call. I reached out to the service center and they said that they had scheduled me but never contacted the company that does logistics to send someone out. They could only schedule me for four days later. They refused to make it right and did not send anyone over to fix this. I will never buy from Sears again and will never use their services.
