When I called Rcn for service I told them I would not pay 1 month ahead. First bill 2 months were included. Paid 1 month. When promos ran out, i called to cancel thet said Starz/showtime were goog to 3/15/11.Bill came with charges, Beware !!!!!.I told them of deduction for bill for these bogus charges. Told to pay. I sent check for correct amount, and told them to cancel service if they were not pleased. I waiting for escape that won't come...Nothing works with RCN...PROBLEMS!!!@
