Whirlpool - Customer Service sucks because:
BENTON HARBOR, MICHIGAN -- Customer service sucks because Whirlpool doesn't know how to treat the employees right. They screw the employees over every chance they get and you as a consumer expect good customer service from these employees?? If Whirlpool was really concerned about keeping the customers happy they need to start with the employees. They hire in people who don't know anything and fire the ones that do. They demote employees just to save money on benefits and pay. This is how Whirlpool treats employees who are in the customer service end of the company. You've gotta wonder why anyone would expect an employee of Whirlpool to be courteous and helpful to a customer when we are not treated well by the company we work for. So next time you call Whirlpool, don't scream and yell at the poor representative who took your call because they are more mistreated than you are.
