Spirit Airlines Complaint - Poor Customer Service & Check-In Issues
What a lousy airline, during holiday rush, none of the Kiosks in Laguardia Airport work, no customer assistance representatives there to assist for over an hour.
Calling the airline is useless, they don't speak English and then put you on hold for 10-15 minutes and then the call disconnects. Another thing, carry on bag fee's for putting a bag in the overhead. How stupid is that.
What you MAY SAVE in flight costs is made up for by excessive baggage charges, poor customer service and a lack of caring by the airline and it's employees. Never again!!
