Blinds Chalet Complaint - Installation a Nightmare
I ordered two remote controlled motorized blackout shades. Upon receipt, my installer discovered parts were missing and no directions were included. He used his own hardware to install them, but he couldn't complete the installation because there were no endcaps to install the valances. In addition, since there weren't any directions, and only one remote was sent only one shade works. He had to disconnect one of them because they weren't working in unison. When I contacted the company, I was told I could get instructions "on line." For the price I shouldn't have to have my installer charge me while I download my own instructions.
