Whirlpool - Duet Washer Part Failure
Whirlpool Factory Service has just replaced the tub assembly (part # 285984, #285982 and W10250573) for the 2nd time in 9 months in a family of 2 household. Unfortunately, Whirlpool Customer Service does not feel obligated to reimburse diagnostic and labor charges on failed inferior parts manufactured under their name if not by them. You have to wait 4-5 days for Factory Service to tell you what you told them is wrong, 3 weeks for the part and return installation visit and 15% of the cost of a new "Duet Washer" to start the cycle over again.
