Sprint Complaint - Extraordinarily LARGE charges for internet service! $854.00 for less than 3 months!!!
Began internet only service with Sprint.$69.95 per month. Told at the time of puchase that we would have unlimited 4G within 30 days. Then told by 3 other sales associates that it was one week, one block and then 3 weeks away from our address.
From October 1 through December 20 we have been billed $854.00!!! Who in their right mind would pay that for internet service!! Sprint claims that we are going over our gb. When you limit videos and time spent on the internet as well as unplug the machine to make sure it is not adding additional gb, don't see how it's possible. Which by the way I was told happens!
After numerous calls on numerous days,(get disconnected after an hour or two of explaining)and 7 HOURS later... I am told "too bad". This is after asking for an audit from management after the first month. This company is stealing and very unethical. Should not be allowed to be in business. I would not recommend this service or company to anyone.
Management has told me today that I should take it to the store where it was purchased to be checked for defects but they would not credit my account for the phenomenal amount I apparently accrued in LESS than 3 months.$854.00! Bizarre.
