Bosch Complaint - Disappointed - SHE43F12UC Dishwasher
The unit smells, scum and mildew rest on the bottom pan drain, the racks are too narrow and does not fit most of my dishes, I have to put all glassware on the top because the bottom does not support any the of the glassware, the untential are loaded in the back (whose idea was that?) The dishes takes forever to wash, I have to keep my water temperature at 120 in order for the dishwasher heating element to work properly, and I assure you after the temp has been lowered the unit continues not to dry my dishes, try to take a shower it is not fun. Your customer service agents are very helpful and they are doing their best to satisfy me. It is not their fault that I am having problems; they are just the front line folks trying to defuse us. They have no feedback on the end results of any of the products you sell. I bet they do not buy any of the products you sell because they must of heard it all. You may want to take an anonymous survey from your front line employees if they do or would buy a BOSCH product, then you will then see there is definite problem if your employees don’t want to buy the products you sell to us. I feel bad, I am sure that every CEO's of BOSCH expects superior products to be sold to their customers, but does he read the blogs out there and seriously use our feedback to make a better product? I know products don’t last forever, but gosh, at least 10 years or so. Imagine the superior reviews you would receive and happy customers to spread the word!!
