Sears Complaint - The Missing Candle Gardens
I am incredibly busy at the holidays, as such I ordered gifts for my staff from Kmart, which actually were shipped from Sears. I ordered 4 Candle Gardens - all the same. I received this huge box filled to the brim with peanuts. After 30 minutes of scooping out all the peanuts, I found 1 Candle Garden. I immediately contacted Sears and was told that someone would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. No one did. I called back, at which time I was told that they had to investigate the situation (blaming it of course on UPS) and that it would take 8 days to do so. As this was already Dec. 20th, it was too late for me to receive the items in time for our Xmas party at work. I then told her that I didn't need them if I couldn't get them by the 22nd so I just wanted a refund. She said it would still take 8 days. Another words, I'm screwed. I paid 3 times more than what the 1 item I ordered was worth. I will never order online from Kmart or Sears. I am incredibly disgusted!
