Target Complaint - Fee for paying my bill to early
So Ive had a target credit card for 6 years. Never been late or missed a payment. I received my bill for Dec and it said $25.00 fee for missed payment. Called the company who has apparently farmed out to India. Spoke to an Indian man in which I could hardly understand. Explained the situation with both my target online bill minimized and my bank statements minimized. He informed me I had missed Nov payment. I explained that when looking at my online banking I hadn't missed a payment and heeee huung up on meee! Called back, waited on hold again. Got another Indian guy. Explained my situation again. He explained to me that I paid my bill to early so it counted for Oct instead on Nov and told me that he would refund me $12.00. the fee was $25.00. I told him that I would not accept the 12 dollars because the fee was 25 and I was not be penalized for being an excellent customer to which he replied. "I refund you 12 dollars" Again I explained that I have been a loyal customer and that I should receive a full refund. Finally he tells me he will refund the full $25.00. Why is everyone farming out to foreighn countries. Sure lets cut costs by farming out and then charge the chic who has always paid her bill before it is due. I'm gunna need you guys to get it together please and thank you!
