Armando Montelago Complaint - Armando Montelango Seminar Total Sham--Beware

Review by cradle on 2010-12-21
SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS -- The funny thing is they keep calling it flip and get rich seminar yet on the three day seminar they don't teach you anything about flipping houses..all they do is throw a lot of advice that doesn't work and they tell you the key to getting money if you have bad credit is to borrow from family and friends...the best is that most people in the room used their last dollar or borrowed to be able to get to the seminar in hopes of being able to better their lives only to then be lured into another seminar a bus tour that cost can you believe 49k how the hell are they getting away with this...WHERE IS THE OUTRAGE???WHERE IS DATELINE???WHERE IS THE BETTER BUSINESS????

my advice to anyone looking for a dream got o your local college and see what continuing education courses they offer in real estate ...hit barnes and nobles or the library and read read read!!!!!!

I love these "get rich" seminars. If these people got rich selling/flipping houses, or whatever, then why are they selling seminars and bus tours?

hothead, EXACTLY!!!

Exactly, hothead. And if everyone who took these seminars got rich, there'd be a lot more rich people in the world.

Anyone who has watched a news broadcast in the last few years should know that it is NOT a good time to make money flipping houses. Apparently, it is a good time to make money hosting seminars talking about flipping houses!
