After 3 desk tops, 1 laptop and a printer we will NEVER buy Dell again. My latest purchase was a laptop that was listed as 549$, my acknowledgement didn't list the price but when I received my credit card statement I noticed they charged me nearly 100.00 more. I after 3 calls, I was disconnected once, told to send it back and buy it elsewhere-and I wasn't being rude, I was finally connected with a manager who finally agreed to give me a refund. I think that was another lie because I haven't received it yet. They said I couldn't prove it, but where the price should be on my acknowledgement it was blank, and I think deliberately on their part. I can't check current pricing because they discontinued it! They also lied about that and said it was discontinued after I ordered it. It has been the worst customer service I have received from any company, if they treat others like they treated me I can't believe they will be in business much longer.
