Wal-Mart Complaint - BEWARE: Online price match policy
I purchased an item for my daughter on 12-5 for Christmas. On 12-15 I noticed that they had reduced the price by $20, which was over half off the price I paid. When I asked for the difference back, I was told that their price match policy was 7 days. Seriously? It had been 10 days. They basically said, Sorry, nothing I can do. Oh, and try to find how to contact customer service. It's not easy. Took 6 days for them to respond too. I was very unhappy.
