Deepdiscount.com Informative - Horrible customer service and website

I had purchased an item which was available on deepdiscount's website. A few days later I noticed the item wasn't being shipped.
Turns out the item was back ordered and would not ship for a while. When I went to check the status of the same item on their website it said the item was in stock.
I called their 800 number and waited for 20 minutes without speaking to someone. I sent two emails and did not hear back from anyone. Finally, I called back again and after waiting for 15 minutes spoke with someone who told me the website is not accurate. I ended up requesting a return and I am waiting to see if they in fact refunded my money.
Overall, they are not that cheap and they have horrible customer service.
Shop elsewhere!

I found complaints for these folks on 5 other websites in just a quick search. I'll agree with you and shop elsewhere.
