Dell Computer Corporation Complaint - Horrible Customer Support/Care
AUSTIN, TEXAS -- Recently purchased Dell Inspiron 15R including feature 984-1639 Solution Station unlimited calls for 30 days. This service added $59. First call took 3 transfers and 25 minutes to get help to adjust display resolution -- Unsatisfactory and not usable.
So I called to ask for refund on that service. It took 40 minutes and 5 call transfers to get "Customer Care" who said no "partial refund." Only alternative is to return the whole computer for a complete refund. This after spending many hours getting computer set up to my needs. Very Poor!
Let us hope the hardware holds up. Dell customer "care" has not.
