Vasko Dodge Compliment - Kudo's to Vasko Dodge Service Department

I have purchased 10 vehicles from Vasko since 1988. Over the course of time, the service I have received (exemplary)has been the determining factor to continue to be a loyal customer. I routinely have my vehicles serviced and just picked up my 2004 Durango Limited (211,364 miles)this evening.

I called yesterday afternoon and dropped it off this morning. My battery warranty was honored (replaced on a prorata basis) and my brakes were replaced (under warranty, free of charge) without even mentioning a problem. I have purchased all my tires with free rotation and once experienced a vibration problem with the purchase of the third set of tires. Vasko replaced the entire new set of tires graciously. Incidentally, I got over 67,000 miles on the last set of Goodyear Wranglers.

I can understand the previous complaint, but the writer must understand that most dealers, regardless of make, reward customer loyalty with great service. I have never been turned down for a service call, even when dropping off in the morning, unexpectedly. I don't know how long my Durango will last, but I will purchase number 11 when my Durango reaches the end of its usefull life.

Anyone having an issue with Vasko'service department should consider taking a Dale Carnegie Course.
