Holiday Florists Complaint - Poor quality plants - Short lived plants

HOLIDAY, FLORIDA -- Several weeks ago we received - as a gift- 2 poinsettia plants in a basket from Holiday Florists of Holiday, Florida. Within three days the plants had wilted. Our first call to the company was not returned. We again called the florist two days later and were told of their two day guarantee on plants and they weren't going to do anything to rectify the situation. They accused us of not watering the plants & hung up. These plants were pricey & in my opinion poor quality. On a side note - the plants were delivered WITHOUT a gift card which was delivered a day later. It "fell off the plant in the delivery vehicle". To me this appears to be a company with a poor product, no customer service and a very disorganized way of doing business. Ironically I purchased two poinsettia plants from Home Depot for 99 cents each. They are still going strong!! They are NOT Better Business Bureau members. I can see why.
