DirecTV Inc Complaint - Searching For Signal?? I Always Am!
I have been a direct TV customer for a little over 6 months and have been VERY unsatisfied. I have had to make more than 3 service calls just to have a technician come out and 'fix' my satellite but that is way before having to go through multiple troubleshooting processes which NONE worked, EVER. I can do ALL of the troubleshooting myself, with my eyes closed because I have gone over it SO many times but this doesn't stop the direct TV people to continuously tell you to do these steps over and over. Since the troubleshooting NEVER works they tell me they need to set up a time for a technician to come out, well of course most of the times are VERY inconvenient for someone who works full time as well as goes to school part time. They don't care.....AT ALL...
When I finally get a time set up which is usually ATLEAST a week after I've made the call ( yes, I am once again without satellite for a long period of time) ( YES, THEY STILL CHARGE ME FOR THE WHOLE MONTH, EVERY MONTH) they call once or twice within that week to ask if they can come out that day....Uh I don't know..I thought an appointment was set up for a reason, because I don't have the time any other time! Twice I have let them come out at an earlier time and BOTH TIMES they don't show up at the time they said they would. A question I have is, WHY ASK TO COME EARLIER AND DON'T SHOW UP ON TIME? I don't understand.
I have had SO MANY problems with direcTV, I would NEVER suggest this to ANYONE EVER! This has been a waste of my time and money for far too long....
Did I mention that I can't afford to get out the $480, 2 yr contract I am stuck in with them.
SO NO, PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF, SAFE YOUR MONEY, SAVE YOUR TIME.
direcTV is horrible!
