Comcast Corporation Complaint - Comcast Billing Ripoff/ Not Sending Monthly Bills
I have this service for over 2 years. Since July Comcast has not send me monthly bills, then charges late fees. Each month I called they said " we will correct the problem " but nothing is done. Each month the disconnect the service leaving only the basic cable chanels( this is their way to remind me to pay ) eah month I call to complain but no one explains why I do get the monthly bills through the mail. But the agent told me " if you want to pay your bill you can see it on line and pay on line" I told this rude agent agent "i do not pay bills on line and I not going to be force to pay on line and I want Comcast to mail me my monthly bills". In adddition I requested copy of my monthly bills since July I was told I should receive it in 5 days, well I am still waiting. I let them know I do not have any problems receiving mail from any of my other utility companies. Again I verified that they have my correct address which is the same as where my service is located. This is very frustrating situation, tomorrow I will call again.
If nothing is done I will cancel their poor service. I guess they do not need a good customer as me.
