What was the accident? Not really enough info here to give your readers an opinion about Erie Construction. We can't just take your word for it.

This is a message posted by an employee posing as a customer. Erie Construction does not work anywhere near Erie PA. Erie Constructiom got their name from Lake Erie in Michigan. The only are in Pa that they work is in Southern Pa near Maryland.

I'm actually an employee of Erie Construction (I monitor this site as well as many others for customer complaints), and I think I know what happened. There actually is an "Erie Construction" in Erie, PA! It's just not us. I think this person has the wrong "Erie Construction" as we do not offer damage repair as a service (although it is a possibility).

We certainly do not allow employees to forge or respond to customer complaints as they are handled by our customer service department.

Fun fact, we have an office in Akron, Ohio, so we technically could service someone in Erie, PA (and I believe we have)!
