Jcpenneys Complaint - Poor Service...time to go out of business!
Ordered the only gift I bought for my husband on Dec.5th. Delivery was to be 1 week from date ordered. Received an email from them stating delivery would be on Dec. 13th coming from factory. Received one item I ordered but as of Dec. 21st I did not get the my husband's present. I called and customer service (if that is what they call themselves) said there is a problem with back orders. They never called or sent an email notifying me. I asked if it would be here in time for x-mas and they said they would call the factory. Received a call back 1 hr later saying that the factory was behind. Everything would be shipped on the 22nd and overnighted to us for the 23rd. But NOT GUARENTEED! Well of course not! And of course they blamed the factory for the late shipment. I told her that JcPenney uses this factory and they are ultimately responsible to notify their customers. No response to that. Well the package never came and my poor husband got nada! Thanks again JcPenneys for an unforgettable Christmas. P.S. This is the second time I ordered and never received my items....ordered a lantern last summer....never came and never a phone call. Discontinued I was told! after I called. Oh and I forgot to mentioned when I called to cancel the gift I ordered ....they said OK ALL set! Sorry about that...thank you for using JcPenneys...we appreciate your business.... WHATEVER!
