Orbitz Complaint - No One Answers the Phone
This evening I spent 50 minutes on hold waiting for customer service to answer the phone. We put the phone on speaker, made dinner and ate, before giving up. The standard "your call is important to us" couldn't be less true. Note to Orbitz - hire the appropriate number of customer service reps. I can't even say if they would help with my issue since they never answered. If you can use their competitors you should. I know from now on I will.
