Best Buy Complaint - Performance Service Plan
FARGO, NORTH DAKOTA -- Some years ago I bought a computer from Best Buy with a Performance Service Plan. I had good in-home service for three years.
So last year when I purchased a new computer from Best Buy, I included the PSP. I have spent a year on the phone with tech support with Best Buy, emachine and my ISP. I've have been unable to download emails and call up Internet sites.
In a year's time I've had to listen to people that can barely speak English. I've been told conflicting reasons why I'm having trouble. I've have spent many hours trying everything they told me to do.
It wasn't until I drove 60 miles to the Best Buy where I purchased the computer and told them I wanted a refund of the PSP that they did anything. I finally have a new modem and after a year I am able to download emails and look at Internet sites.
I will not likely ever purchase from Best Buy again. I definitely will not buy a PSP.
