MetroPCS Complaint - Worst customer service in the entire industry
DALLAS, TEXAS -- The absolute WORST customer service, Worst customer service system, worst customer service personnel, worst customer service personnel training in the entire cell phone industry. Metro PCS wins hands down over used car lots, lawyers and public education personnel as the absolute lowest performers in American Industry and Business of any kind that is supposed to deliver a service or product to consumers. This company has the art of "cloaking themselves" from customer access to a new state of effectiveness. There are even URLs that have been set up just to try to find a 'customer service' phone number, because they don't publish it.
When you finall y get a 'Metro PCS Professional' on the phone, if you're not Buying something new, you're going to be told you need to go to a Metro PCS store. Later they will tell you that store has to be one of their 'Corporate' stores. Then you'll find it's 20 miles away. At Parker Rd and Ave K. Once you get there, you'll wait in the cattle line of at least 20 in front of you while 2 agents are selling everybody new phone deals, apps and upgrades. These folks are miserably hilarious.
