T-Mobile Complaint - Worst customer service
I switched from Verizon to a Tmobile phone plan and have been on the phone with Tmobile for over 20 hours on around 50 different calls just to do a phone exchange that still has not shown up after 2 months! Every time I call they say that they are delayed and shipment of the phone will take over a week and the phone never sends. There is no personal agency for customer service and none of the issues ever get resolved as a result. I have talked to over 50 different customer services representatives and no one has the power to do anything. Why even have a customer service department if they do nothing but waste your time? I have never written a review for anything but this is the most ridiculous service and I think everyone should be warned.
