T-Mobile Complaint - Worst Customer Service
I had to leave the country on a family emergency so I called T-mobile to notify them of the situation and have my plan switch for the occasion never did the representative notify me that every time someone would leave me a voicemail I was going to get charged or that I was going to get outrageous charges for incoming calls that I did not even receive but somehow I have to pay them no way they are certain their employee told me this. I'm asking to hear the recording and all they can say is were are sorry and I understand your frustation.
These people are ignorant and certainly don't have any type of people skills will be switching company.
