Overstock.com Complaint - Sent broken items twice! Months to get resolved
We purchased a bedframe. It was delivered broken twice. We had to return the first time, until we got a replacement. Then the second one was broken too!. We have been on the phone with different CS reps multiple times, each time getting a different solution and different promises, which none every happened. They were often making charges at UPS(of all companie)that were the delay! Anyway, we are now promised a full refund without a return of the broken bed - but that was only after I reported them to the BBB. That is when I got action. They won't tell you that, but the BBB has kept tabs on our progress. We still wait and hope for the refund in the bank. We will not order from Overstock again. I order from companies almost every week online, so it is them. Not us. We are regular internet shoppers.
