Ashley Furniture Complaint - This service is nothing to write home about
MONTANTA -- Yea we got a bed and a few entertainment centers from the company. The store needed you to pay up front for items. And then also requires you to wait forever while your money is being tied up. It is not very good at all. We went to them to get the TV tables because they had the best prices. But you get what you pay for because 1 took like 3 months to get, and the other took like 6 months to findally get. The promise date to get the things was always messed up and not correct. They would always be lame when I tried to talk to someone at the warehouse on the phone because all they said was it was on back order and that it would take another 5 weeks! At least the entertainment centers are of good quality as I havent had a problem w/them. The bed don't even let me go there! Because the bed on display at the store was different than what we got because the matteris on ours we got was like 4 times bigger going up and down then what it is at the store because we went back to the store and found it was different so I don't understand that one. Its all a big trap and all that so its no wonder why our local store is shutting their doors!
