Priceline.com Complaint - Cancelled My Airline Ticket Without Telling Me!
On Dec. 27,2010 at 5:30AM I went to the airport to fly to TX to see my mother, who has alzheimer's. The airline said that I was not on their itinerary! I called Priceline and they said it was the airline's fault and I should call them. The airline said my ticket was canceled on Dec.7, which no one told me. Priceline finally admitted to making the mistake which they said was a computer problem.
But Priceline will not give me my money back! They charge about $180 extra when you change any flight detail and they said that they would not charge me that extra fee. Priceline did let me have a "free" flight for up to Oct.2011, which I have already paid for. But I felt not only should they charge the extra fee but refund me the whole cost since I will not be able to fly again for a while because of my job.
