AT@T Pay as you go Tracphone Complaint - Keeping Roll Over Money Of Huge Amounts
I went to use my phone and realized that it was expired by two days. I had over a $180 some dollars of air money time accumulated on it and they did not want to give it back to me. They told me to make a payment to reactivate it and hopefully in two days they will give me all my money back. In these times of a slumping economy I think it is a shame on you when you take money away from people even with these pay as you go phones for people like me that only need an occasional phone. AT and T did away with their 5 dollar pay as you go refill and I have to buy bigger ones just to keep the privilege of having the phone and the minutes accumulate fast for me. I am giving them the opportunity to make good on this as promised within two days. Come on people, your money kept for a penalty of missing an expiration date and you have been a customer for 3 years????
