Pizza Hut Complaint - Very Disgusted With This Store
LAFAYETTE., LOUISIANA -- I have had a problem on 3 occasions at one stores:
1. Pizza delivery took to long when they said is was going to take 40 to 45 mins. It took an hour and 1/2.
2. Walked in to order a pizza manager arguing with an employee needless to say they got my order wrong after waiting 30mins. So they made me another one. They didn't offer me any bread sticks, a liter of soda. Not even an apology ror making me wait another 20mins. Of my time for there mistake.
3. Ordered a pizza for delivery at 5 P.M. Afternoon they said it was going to be 45mins. But before I completed my order I ask employee to repeat my order back to me. Again needless say I waited 2 hours for a pizza. That I had to cancel becuse they didn't put the apartment number on the order. So I got in my car at 7:10pm drove to a different location to place my order which was clearly out of my way. I do not want to business at that location any longer. Have I'm very disappointed with that store. Believe me I know what it is like working retail. But customer service always came first, I was a cake decorater at an grocery store and there where many of times when the customer wasn't sasified so you do what ever it takes to make the customer happy so they can come back again. I will never stop ordering Pizza Hut best 'damm' pizza ever just a different location just hate the fact I have to go out way to one when the moss. Street location is so much easier and closer. Someone 'district manager' really needs to hold a meeting in that store about customer service. I would much have rathered talk to someone in person but this robert guy never answers his phone and don't call back. Because I really didn't to complain on-line would have much rather not complain to the home office.
