Pepsicola Complaint - Sad
Very disappointed in the ignorance that the staff at the Pepsi plant in Winston displayed. First I called the toll free number outside the can, asked the lady if she could tell me where to find the Ruby splash and the lady gave me the telephone number for the plant in Winston Salem. I called, one lady couldn't answer my question and she put the call to her supervisor. I left a message and a telephone number to be reached at, waited 2 days for a response, in vain. I was at a gas station and decided to ask the truck driver, who thought Cheerwine might have bought the product. Called Cheerwine they said no. Called Pepsi again at the 724 4800 number again...the lady argued that Pepsi has never carried Ruby Splash, only Cranberry splash. I sent an email to customer service and never got a reply!So much for trying to get a product!I called the plant in Winston and offered to pick it up from there. How do these people work for Pepsi and not even know the products?I have been to every Walmart looking, no luck. I was just about to give up, when I found the product on Google. K-MART HAS IT!!!!!I'am very disappointed in the lack of knowledge.
